Zaiba Hasan, President & Owner 

Capitol Event Firm, a Washington DC Event planning company, was founded by Zaiba Hasan.  Ms. Hasan began her event planning career in college, when she worked full-time as an event planner at the university, focusing on conference planning and management for the MBA program.  After graduation, Ms. Hasan worked full time in the Event Management office at LaSalle Bank in Chicago, a $116 Billion bank which was acquired by Bank of America in 2007. At LaSalle Bank, Ms. Hasan was instrumental in planning and executing a variety of successful events ranging from large conferences to small Board dinners, including the LaSalle Bank Chicago Marathon, LaSalle Bank Open (golfing tournament), multiple corporate client retreats, and charity functions throughout the Chicago and Washington DC area.
